The official dance team of the New York Knicks. Halftime shows, intermission routines, and courtside energy from Madison Square Garden.
Founded in 1991, the Knicks City Dancers (KCD) are the premier entertainment squad of the New York Knicks. Every home game at Madison Square Garden, the team performs full halftime productions, quarter-break intermissions, timeout sets, and tunnel walks — fusing hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary choreography with the energy of the world's most famous arena.
KCD members are professional dancers selected through highly competitive open auditions held each summer. Beyond MSG, the squad represents the Knicks at community events, military appreciation nights, school visits, and league-wide showcases.
KCD performs at every Knicks home game at Madison Square Garden throughout the regular season and playoffs.
