7-day refund window
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on all KnicksNewYork.com memberships sold by KnicksNewYork.com. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.
EU / UK customers: in line with consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
After the refund window
After the 7-day window (14 days for EU/UK), purchases are final and non-refundable. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals — see Cancellations below.
How to request a refund
Email info@knicksnewyork.com from the address you used at checkout, including the date of your purchase. Eligible refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe, and returned to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank).
Cancellations
You can cancel your membership at any time from the Membership page by clicking Manage subscription. If you cancel after the refund window, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will retain full member access until the end of that period and will not be charged again.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we respond quickly and refunds within the policy window are automatic. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may result in your account being suspended.
